Role Overview:

An opportunity for a Treasury professional to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role will support key treasury functions, including cash management, risk management, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Review daily cash positions, manage forecasts, and execute strategies to optimize liquidity.
  • Foreign Exchange & Investments: Execute FX and investment deals as needed.
  • Risk Management: Assist in identifying and managing financial risks, including FX, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty risk.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners.
  • Business Support: Ensure business units comply with treasury policies and provide support on internal funding.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and update treasury policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Reporting:
    • Daily cash position reporting and FX deal approvals.
    • Benchmarking reports on bank FX pricing.
  • Technology & Innovation: Support optimization of treasury systems, including payment platforms, TMS, and e-trading solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree qualified.
  • ACA, ACCA, or AMCT (or working towards certification).
  • 2-3 years of corporate treasury experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with hedging, FX, and international cash management.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a keen interest in process improvement and technology.
