Treasury Analyst
Role Overview:
An opportunity for a Treasury professional to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role will support key treasury functions, including cash management, risk management, and treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Management: Review daily cash positions, manage forecasts, and execute strategies to optimize liquidity.
- Foreign Exchange & Investments: Execute FX and investment deals as needed.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying and managing financial risks, including FX, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty risk.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners.
- Business Support: Ensure business units comply with treasury policies and provide support on internal funding.
- Process Improvement: Maintain and update treasury policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Reporting:
- Daily cash position reporting and FX deal approvals.
- Benchmarking reports on bank FX pricing.
- Technology & Innovation: Support optimization of treasury systems, including payment platforms, TMS, and e-trading solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree qualified.
- ACA, ACCA, or AMCT (or working towards certification).
- 2-3 years of corporate treasury experience in a multinational environment.
- Experience with hedging, FX, and international cash management.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a keen interest in process improvement and technology.
