Global Tax Manager
This is well known and growing manufacturing group with a truly global footprint.
This is a strategic, all advisory role, where you will be responsible for improving and managing this groups key tax processes. The role will have a very international and project lead focus, covering EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
Reporting to the Head of Tax, this position will be a key part of the Group Tax Team.
In this 100% tax advisory role – the primary objective is to manage day to day tax affairs of this global Group, to develop and execute the Group Tax Strategy, also focusing on improving end-to-end processes related to tax risks, internal controls, technology and global awareness. You will be a main point of contact for large global divisions.
The role offers hybrid working but you must be able to attend the office 2 days, it is north of Eindhoven.
Highlight responsibilities;
- Overseeing various tax aspects of large international projects.
- Providing strategic tax advice and support to local businesses and leading/supporting tax audits.
- Offering operational tax support to our Financial Shared Service Center.
- Managing and documenting transfer pricing (including Advance Pricing Agreements).
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of the tax control framework.
- Analysing data, preparing deliverables, and communicating findings to stakeholders to influence the tax landscape.
About you;
- Tax or accounting qualification
- Ideally previous in-house experience
- Experience in process improvement preferred
- International (global) tax and transfer pricing
- Familiarity with control frameworks
- Understanding of finance and tax-related technology systems
