Treasury Director, Operations
A large listed global organisation are hiring for a Treasury Operations Director. Reporting directly into the Group Treasurer, this role is a pivotal hire for the global treasury function, and in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of the organisation.
The key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the treasury front office teams
- Market risk management
- Cash management
- Monitor and consolidate cashflow expectations
- Manage and optimise group pooling structures
- Consolidate operational banking into preferred banking partners
- Treasury reporting
- Treasury policy
- Treasury transformation
- Ensure the team are continually striving for best in class
The ideal candidate :
- AMCT and accounting qualified.
- Experience working in a large multinational business
- Strong communication skills
- Develop, through coaching and support a high performing team
- Experience in shaping and delivering on a treasury agenda
