M&A Tax Senior Manager – Financial Services
My client is the largest Financial Services Practice in the UK, and they work with household names in Banking, Insurance and Asset Management. They are currently hiring multiple Senior Tax Manager to join their M&A/ Deals tax team. These are mostly growth driven vacancies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the successful deliveries of M&A transaction projects.
- Deliver outstanding client service while building and maintaining trusted partnerships with key clients.
- Oversee the successful execution of tax projects, ensuring a high standard of technical quality and a practical, business-oriented approach.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members through effective delegation, on-the-job training, and mentorship.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS) / tax qualifications (ATT, CTA or ADIT)/ Legal qualification.
- Solid UK Corporate tax working knowledge and Experience in advisory or compliance within a fast-paced professional services environment, Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not required.
- Curiosity and desire to grow and progress
