Corporate Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and invoicing teams, ensuring the effective management of department heads.
• Assist with month-end financial preparation alongside the Controller, who is responsible for monthly financials.
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering professional growth and promoting a high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, with a focus on areas like lease accounting, COGS, and fixed assets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial processes with overall company goals and provide forward-looking insights.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong preference for backgrounds in retail, distribution, or public accounting.
• Proven experience in GAAP, lease accounting, and financial leadership.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and develop a team.
